December 1 may be a holiday weekend, but you better believe that The Real Housewives of Atlanta will be airing anyway on Sunday night, with the ladies doing their thing as usual. The scandalous Season 6 continues with its fifth episode, titled "Save the Drama For Mama," and it's going to be a doozy.
BravoTV recently posted a synopsis of what's to come.
Following last week's confrontation between Phaedra Parks and her husband, Apollo, the couple will take some time apart when Phaedra heads out of state to get some quiet study time. Remember when she decided she wanted to be a funeral director? Well, her mortuary exam is right around the corner, so it's time for her to prepare without distractions.
Meanwhile, Apollo turns to an unlikely source for marriage advice — Cynthia Bailey's husband! Considering Peter Thomas and his wife wrote a book about wedded life, Carry-On Baggage: Our Nonstop Flight, maybe he is the right person to talk to.
In other couples' news, Kandi Burruss's mom, Joyce, and her fiance, Todd Tucker, have it out, while Porsha Stewart is encouraged by family to find her independence.
Here is Bravo's description: "Phaedra heads to Alabama to study for her upcoming mortuary exam, and Apollo turns to Peter for advice on how to handle their marital issues. Meanwhile, Porsha's sister Lauren pressures her to look for her own apartment, and then the tension between Mama Joyce and Todd finally comes to a head."
