Andy Cohen Doesn’t Believe a Producer Told Phaedra That Rape Rumor (VIDEO)
Executive producer Andy Cohen now reveals he doesn’t believe that at all.
In an interview with The Breakfast Club, the 48-year-old discussed the reunion show and Phaedra’s claims.
“I don’t believe it and also I know Phaedra and I know everyone in the group,” he said. “You can’t tell them, ‘Go say this on camera.’”
“It just doesn’t work. You ever met a housewife? They do their own thing,” he added.
Andy also commented on how Phaedra was “very passive” during the reunion and how that totally surprised him.
When asked if the mom of two would be returning for the 10th season, Andy didn’t give a straight answer.
“Well look, we’re looking at next season,” he said. “And you have to look at where we left off, which is none of the women want to engage with her, so that’s a tough place to come back from.”
He also didn’t give a real answer on whether or not Nene Leakes will be returning for the next installment.
“The answer is, we haven’t started shooting,” he said. “We will let you know as soon as it happens.”
During the interview, Andy also commented on how the housewives’ husbands/boyfriends don’t get paid because the show is just “about the women.”
