Just when Porsha Stewart's divorce from former football player Kordell Stewart starts to become a distant memory, the drama kicks up again when we least expect it. In response to the most recent Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 6 preview, where Porsha insinuates that she has doubts about his sexuality, Kordell has e-mailed a statement to Straight From the A in an attempt to set the record straight.
"Kordell didn't necessarily want me physically, which makes me wonder, what does he want?" Porsha ponders in the preview.
Here's what Kordell had to say about her implication:
"I’m very ashamed of my wife for saying something that she knows is not true at all. The rumors have never been true. I’m not gay," he began.
Kordell then points out that Porsha isn't just hurting him with her actions, but the entire gay community.
"It is sad that she would target the homosexual community which often times lacks support to begin with. It is very disappointing that she will do anything and say anything for a minute of so-called fame," he wrote, adding, "She can have that life, I just want to continue to be the best single dad and father that I can for my son."
Honestly, we think Kordell’s reading too much into Porsha’s words and Bravo’s editing. She could have just meant that she didn’t know how to please him or if anything would make him happy.
