Pregnant Kate Middleton’s Due Date Revealed? It’s Supposedly July…

We know Kate Middleton — aka the Duchess of Cambridge — is due to give birth in July, but when in July?

Amid the speculation about whether she's carrying a boy or a girl, The Daily Mail supposedly has scoop on the due date. To quote their story, "A friend of the pair revealed: 'Some of Kate and William’s closest pals were at a barbecue hosted by a family friend of the Royals recently. They were all discussing the fact that Kate’s baby is due to be born on July 13. Everyone was very excited.’"

No real "friend" would spill the date like this, but it's possible someone overheard some real "pals" chatting about the big event. Who knows. If true, the birth would land in the middle of the four-day Coronation Festival (July 11-14) to mark 60 years since the queen was crowned. Since everyone knows Kate is giving birth in July, it's unlikely they'd expect her to do much at the festival anyway. But what a gift it would be to the queen to greet her great-grandchild during the celebration!

The Daily Mail also said the baby is expected to be delivered in the private Lindo Wing of St Mary’s Hospital in Paddington, which is also where Prince William was born. If Royal Baby does end up born on July 13, he or she will share the birthdate with other famous people like Harrison Ford and painter Frida Kahlo.

It's all just speculation, but even if it's true that July 13 is the real due date, babies exist on their own schedules, royal or not. It's not important when the baby arrives, just that he or she is healthy. Still, the royal baby is kinda fascinating — obviously you feel the same or you wouldn't be reading this! So ... feel like placing a due date bet, either July 13, earlier or later? How about ... July 17?
