Pretty Little Liars Spoiler: Two Major Characters Are Missing From Season 3, Episode 21

The end of Pretty Little Liars Season 3 isn’t all that close, but since the cast and crew are always tweeting about what they're working on, it certainly feels like it. And every time we get another clue, it starts to sound more and more dramatic. The biggest piece of drama that we can’t stop thinking about? Toby (Keegan Allen) and his abs hiding behind that black hoodie. Sigh.

But based on some new information, there’s at least one episode where we won’t have to endure watching anymore of that.

PLL fans are getting impatient on Twitter. They want answers. So when PLL writer Joseph Dougherty tweeted about the Season 3, Episode 21: "Out of Sight, Out of Mind" table read, a fan quickly asked if Keegan and Tyler Blackburn (Caleb Rivers) were in attendance.

Joseph responded, “Not this one.” But WAIT. Hold your reaction. OK, you can let it out, but prepare another one.

Fellow PLL writer Bryan Holdman was also asked if Toby was in the episode. He tweeted, “I don’t recall seeing him...but there sure was a lot of talk about Toby in the episode.”

If Toby isn’t around, but everyone’s talking about him, does that mean Episode 21 is when Toby’s reveal is, well, revealed to the citizens of Rosewood? Could it be the beginning of Spencer’s (Troian Bellisario) “storm”? Or perhaps the storm already happened, and that's why Toby left?

Or is Toby off on one of his mysterious adventures while someone figures out how to tell Spencer? We cannot wait for the actual moment when she finds out.

And where is Caleb? Let’s hope he didn’t go off somewhere with Toby. He’s already been shot once.

Tell us your theories in the comments below!

Don’t miss the next new episode of PLL, the Halloween special, on Tuesday, October 23 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC Family.
