As the title of Pretty Little Liars Season 4, Episode 5, “Gamma Zeta Die,” makes clear, this episode is going to feature some sort of frat or sorority party. But why? While the Liars know how to have a good time, they're not exactly the sort to seek out college parties (at least without Alison dragging them there).

The episode's synopsis and sneak peek photos give us a clue.

As the official synopsis makes clear, the Liars are dragged to this party by Ali ... or at least by the clues she's left behind.

"Spencer and Emily make plans to visit a nearby college, but they have very different agendas for their time spent on campus," the synopsis explains. "Spencer's singular focus in figuring out Ali's apparent connection to the school contradicts Emily's real fears about her plans for after she graduates."

Is it any surprise that Ali is connected to a nearby college? We know she hung out with an older crowd in high school, and if she is still alive, it's possible she's been by the college more recently than that.

Clearly, Spencer is under the impression that someone at the college might know Ali, because in the sneak peek photo above, we can see her showing some college boys a picture of Ali. In the photo to the right, she's showing the same pic to what appears to be a different set of college students — it looks like she's going around the party trying to find out if anyone knows Ali.

What do you think Ali's connection to the college is? Is it the same college she dragged the Liars to back when she was spying on Ian (as seen in Season 1, Episode 18: "The Badass Seed")? Does Spencer have a reason to think Ali has been there recently, or is she hoping someone will remember something from back before Ali died?
