Rosewood isn't exactly a normal world, what with the all murder, stalkers, and big bad secrets. It's a heightened universe, and that's part of the fun. Even with that in mind, there are occasionally moments on Pretty Little Liars that make us stop and say, "Really?" Sometimes it's something that doesn't make sense from the writers, and, more often, it's just that we want to reach through our TV and smack the characters upside the head for making bad choices.

Here are our picks of the biggest logic fails and most WTF moments from Season 4, Episode 3: "Cat's Cradle."

Are we the only ones who care about Mike's feelings? While we're all about Ms. Montgomery going out and enjoying life, it's a tad crazy that she and Aria seemed to come to the conclusion that she should run off to Vienna without, as far as we can tell, consulting her son at all. Last we saw Mike (about a thousand years ago), he was struggling big time because of his parents' divorce. Somehow, we don't think this is going to help.

No, but really, where is Mona? The Liars' remarked on Mona's MIA status this week, so it's not like the writers failed to acknowledge she was gone. But ... aren't they in school? How is it that students just disappear at will? Does anyone take attendance? Is Mona just really good at dodging the Liars in the halls?

Rosewood professionals continue to fail. Toby and Spencer just waltz into Radley (though we guess that's consistent with the fact that Mona could slip in and out at will). Hanna wanders around the police station and into a room where a highly sensitive case in which she is she is a suspect is being mapped out. Man, Rosewood adults are bad at their jobs...

...Except for Family Services? OK, this isn't really a logic fail, but we do find it funny that Family Services was so responsive when basically every other institution in the town sucks.
