Rosewood isn't exactly a normal world, what with the all murder, stalkers, and big bad secrets. It's a heightened universe, and that's part of the fun. Even with that in mind, there are occasionally moments on Pretty Little Liars that make us stop and say, "Really?" Sometimes it's something that doesn't make sense from the writers, and, more often, it's just that we want to reach through our TV and smack the characters upside the head for making bad choices.

Here are our picks of the biggest logic fails and most WTF moments from Season 4, Episode 4: "Face Time."

The least useful institution ever. Is it really possible that Spencer discovered where Dr. Palmer was and then Toby showed up to that clinic in Saratoga, asked around for Dr. Louis Palmer, got someone to show him where Dr. Louis Palmer was, and yet Spencer didn't see anything on the internet and no one said anything to Toby that would lead either of them to realize he was a patient? We guess it could happen, but it does make the clinic seem just as poorly run as Radley.

Really, now the cops care? Something about Emily's entire storyline right now just makes us laugh. Rosewood PD have proved themselves to be totally incompetent, and yet a very mild fight between husband and wife is enough to make them show up at someone's door? Well, we guess responding to totally the wrong thing is consistent with their general inability to do anything right.

Oh, Hanna. We love Hanna so much, but really, we wanted to smack her for engaging with Holbrook's partner. Doesn't she know that just draws more attention to herself and her mother?

That said, we also thought it was pretty bizarre that the cops opened Wilden's safety deposit box in front of Hanna. Is that even legal?
