Nia Peeples is getting some juicy material this season on Pretty Little Liars as Pam Fields tries to get through to her daughter with Family Services on her back. It sounds like this isn’t the last we’ve seen of Pam’s desperation, either. What is going down in Season 4, Episode 8: “The Guilty Girl’s Handbook”?

“Just wait till you see ep 408 of #pll,” Nia recently tweeted in response to a fan’s admiration of her acting chops. Nia also called the episode her favorite of the season, implying that something big is happening to Pam in Episode 8. This isn’t the first time Nia has mentioned the episode. In May, just after PLL finished filming the episode in question, Nia tweeted: “Just wrapped from #pll. No pics today. Pam's been crying since 7 am. Poor Pam.”

We’re wondering if Pam’s tears have anything to do with the events of Season 4, Episode 7: “Crash and Burn, Girl.” Aside from the ominous title of the episode, we’ve also gotten reports from Shay Mitchell (Emily) and writer Bryan Holdman that “You will not believe what happened!” and “That? Was awesome!” After seeing what looked like a car crashing into the Fields house in the PLL summer promo, we wonder if the Fields house may be the unlucky subject of the crashing and the burning. That Emily does not have the best luck with cars...

Why do you think Nia is so looking forward to Episode 8? What is in store for Em and her mom? Share your theories in the comments below!
