We love all of Pretty Little Liars’ constant thrills and surprises, but at the end of every episode, it always seems as though we have more questions than answers — and that was especially true after the most recent episode.

To that end, we’ve tackled the biggest questions from this week’s episode in order to figure out what’s really going on in Rosewood, and to pick up on any and all clues.

Here are 10 questions from Season 4, Episode 7: “Crash and Burn, Girl!”

1. Who is Nigel — and who was he talking to at the end of the episode?

This week at the flight center isn’t the first time we’ve seen Nigel, as he also escorted Jenna to Wilden’s funeral earlier this season. So we’re assuming Jenna is the person he spoke to later in this week’s episode. Plus, while Nigel spoke to the mystery woman, we can see Jenna’s folded-up cane on the table in front of him. All signs point to Jenna!

2. Is Nigel trying to frame CeCe?

As for why Nigel is working with Jenna and whether they have a romantic relationship, which might mean she’s two-timing Shana we’re still unsure. However, it does seem as though he’s attempting to get CeCe in trouble, as he tells Caleb and Toby that CeCe bribed him. If we bribe Nigel, will he tell us who “A” is?

3. Did Ezra destroy Connor’s car?

Mike apparently wasn’t the one who smashed Connor’s car to smithereens so who was? Aria assumes it’s “A,” but we’re wondering if it’s Ezra, since he was outside The Brew just before the incident happened. Given how certain Ez is that Mike was wrongfully accused — and how Ezra would want to stand up for Aria we think he just might have been the one-man demolition derby.

4. Who did Nigel call in NYC?

Thanks to Caleb’s phone-napping tendencies, we see Nigel has made a slew of calls to the same 212 number in NYC. But who was he chatting with? It’s unlikely to be a cell number, since NYC cell numbers typically are in the 917 area code. And the only person we know who was in NYC recently was Hanna’s mom unless someone like CeCe or maybe Ms. Grunwald has a place there. We just hope Nigel phone plan has unlimited nights and weekends.

5. Which character knows how to hotwire a car?

After we saw “A” break into a car and hotwire it last week, we now see what has become of that car, as it comes barreling into Emmi’s living room. It’s hard to imagine which of the possible “A” suspects would be good with cars, given that the main car fanatics Toby and Caleb are being targeted by “A.” Maybe Lucas knows something about autos? On the plus side, Emily and her mom were just given a free car. So there’s that.

6. Who killed Wilden — and when will Hanna’s mom go free?

It’s heart-wrenching to see Ms. Marin in her orange jumpsuit while Hanna is fending for herself in their home. We can’t imagine that Ash will stay in the Gray Bar Hotel for much longer, but how will she manage to clear her name? We think CeCe might have had something to do with Wilden’s murder, so we’re surprised the Liars haven’t tracked her down to question her already.

7. Was CeCe the “blonde girl” from Radley?

Toby might be a step closer to the truth about his mom’s death once he finds out that CeCe visited Mona at Radley. Does this mean CeCe and not Alison might be the “blonde girl” whom Dr. Palmer wanted Toby’s mom to stay away from? But why would CeCe have messed with Toby’s mom?

8. Did Ali help Toby find the “NW” lighter?

It’s seeming more and more like Nigel knows something about last season’s fire, given that his lighter was found at the scene. It’s still a mystery as to who knocked Toby out maybe Jenna or Shana? but he found the lighter after he awoke. So could Ali be the one who’s looking out for our gang and providing them with clues? Or is someone trying to get Nigel to take the fall for the fire?

9. How soon will Ezria get back together? (Uh, are they back together yet? How about now?)

We thought we wanted a break from all the Ezria mushiness of previous seasons, but now that they aren’t together, we’re realizing how great this couple really was. After their sweet face-to-face in Ezra’s hallway, we’re convinced they’ll be back together in no time and we couldn’t be happier about it. No offense, Jake.

10. How cute was Caleb and Toby's bromance?

Yes, Caleb and Toby were practically giving us hysterical squealing fits based on how adorable their sleuthing was this week. They make a perfect team, especially with Toby getting rightfully baffled by Nigel’s description of the fog that night, and then Caleb’s swiping Nigel’s phone. More of them, please. Team Taleb for the win!
