Pretty Little Liars is like a puzzle, and we're always looking for any clue-sized piece to fill in the picture. What better source of info than the promos for each new episode? A close look often reveals potential secrets about the next week, which is why we've taken a magnifying glass to the preview of Season 4, Episode 8: "The Guilty Girl's Handbook" (July 30).

Here's what we've learned.

Ezra and Emily. We see Ezra tell Emily "this is happening again." Is that related to the advice he gives her about college applications, or something else? How does Emily saying, "there was an accident" factor in?

"A" and cars. "'A' really likes throwing cars at people," Spencer muses over coffee with Aria and Hanna at :04.

Aria home alone? At :06 Aria is looking at her phone (always potentially bad), at :08 we see her alone in her living room at night, looking up suspiciously, and at :18 we see her looking out her window. It looks like these shots are all from the same scene, and that scene seems worrying.

Police station. At :09  we see all four Liars, plus Caleb, at the police station, looking concerned or surprised, and at :19 we see a shot that looks like it's from the same scene, where they are all walking urgently. Why?

Caleb meets with Ashley. We see that Caleb visits Ashley in jail. "Hanna would do anything for you," he tells Ashley. "That's what I'm afraid of," she responds.

Hanna goes to Mona for help. At :13 we see that Hanna turns to Mona for help. Desperate times call for desperate measures and all that, right?

Hanna's risk. "You're taking an awful big risk," Mona tells Hanna at :14. Is she talking about Hanna coming to her, or the fact that Hanna's plan appears to be to claim she shot Wilden?

Caleb's warning: "You would never pull it off!" Caleb warns Hanna. That is probably about her risky plan.

Tell the truth: "All you have to do now is tell the truth, and everything will be alright," Mona tells Hanna. Hmmm...

Hanna with a gun. At :23 we see Hanna holding a gun, pointed down at someone. That seems bad, but based on this sneak peek, we're pretty sure this moment is from her imagining of what went down the night Wilden was killed, not reality.
