Pretty Little Liars is still on ratings track for its best summer season yet! A whopping 2.86 million viewers turned on their tellies to watch Hanna breakdown, Ezra swoop, and “A” drive a car into Emily’s house in Season 4, Episode 7: “Crash and Burn, Girl.” We don’t blame them. The stakes are rocketing on PLL!

The 20 percent jump in total viewership was enough to earn the ABC Family series Tuesday’s #1 telecast both in viewers 12-34 and viewers 18-49. That’s pretty darn impressive considering PLL’s target demographic is women specifically. The show also topped Tuesday night viewership for females, 12-34; female teens; and women, 18-34. Keep it up, Liars!

These numbers are particularly encouraging considering the program dipped to a 0.9 in adults 18-49 just a few weeks ago for Season 4, Episode 3: “Cat’s Cradle” and was at 1.0 for last week’s ep. This week, PLL earned a 1.3 in the same demo, tying with Deadliest Catch and The Game for Tuesday’s top cable program (according to TV By the Numbers). No one can keep our Liars down!
