CeCe (Vanessa Ray) hasn't been seen on Pretty Little Liars Season 4, but her name keeps popping up left and right. This was particularly true on Season 4, Episode 7: "Crash and Burn, Girl!" when Nigel claimed that CeCe was the blonde in the plane on the night of the lodge fire. The question is this: Is CeCe deeply involved with everything going down, or is she being framed?

Why she might be involved: Clearly, CeCe isn't a completely innocent party with no involvement with anything. She was around the night Ali disappeared, and she knows a lot about the summer before Ali's disappearance. She had a history with Wilden, and a reason to hate Ali, since Ali got her kicked out of school. We also know she was visiting Mona in Radley, with Wren's help, which opens up a lot of questions. Was she the one coming to Mona as Red Coat, or is she at least part of the "A" team? It's a possibility, and one we can't overlook, especially now that Nigel as claimed she's involved with the night of the lodge fire.

Why we suspect she's being framed: This is Pretty Little Liars, where there are always more twists in store, so we can't help but wonder if CeCe is being set up. We know Nigel Wright is connected to Jenna. Could CeCe be a victim of the Jenna/Melissa/Shana triad? After all, it's awfully convenient that Nigel dropped her name and then ran off, leaving Toby and Caleb with no way to confirm or ask more questions.

Plus, the story we were given about CeCe visiting Radley was that she was there to mentor and bond with Mona, as they were both victims of Ali's cruelty. We don't trust that story, because it sounds a bit ridiculous, but maybe it's true. Apparently Melissa is the one who told CeCe Mona was in Radley — maybe the entire point was to make CeCe look guilty.

What do you think: Is CeCe a baddie, or is she more likely a victim in someone else's game?
