A major moment in the Alison DiLaurentis (Sasha Pieterse) mystery is coming up: the reveal, once and for all, whether Ali is alive or dead. This moment has been three-and-a-half Pretty Little Liars seasons in the making, and we can’t wait to finally know the truth (or, at least part of it). When will this epic moment take place?
Sasha told Cambio that the big reveal will happen in the Halloween episode (Season 4, Episode 13): “The Halloween episode’s amazing. Let’s just make that clear,” Sasha said. “But you will find out blatantly, literally if I am dead or alive.”
We’re super exciting for the big moment (and so, it seems, is Sasha), but we can’t help but also be confused by Sasha’s tease. You see, PLL showrunner Marlene King has said that “[we] will know if Ali is alive by the end of the summer.” Last time we checked, Halloween falls in the fall. So, what’s the deal, PLLers? We fear the summer finale will give us another half-answer to a question, a la the Red Coat Reveal in the Season 3 finale.
There is similar confusion over when the real Red Coat Reveal will take place. While Janel Parrish (Mona) seems to think it will happen in the Halloween episode, Lucy Hale (Aria) has hinted that it will occur in the summer finale. What’s with all of these conflicting reports? Will the Season 4 summer finale leave us with a cliffhanger glimpse of the truth that will only fully be revealed in the Halloween ep? We can’t take the spoiler suspense!
