Keegan Allen (Toby) has got a secret. The Pretty Little Liars star has already filmed both the Season 4 summer finale and this fall’s Halloween episode, which means he already knows who Red Coat is.

Wetpaint Entertainment recently spoke exclusively with Keegan, and we asked the 24-year-old actor to describe his reaction when he finally learned Red Coat’s true identity. “My reaction when I find out any kind of big spoiler news on the show is always a very low key reaction now,” he told us.

Wait, what? But it’s the Red Coat reveal! “I don't know for a fact until it actually airs what is actually being done. So I wait,” Keegan explained. Even if he reads a script or films a scene, changes can still be made in the editing room, or new information could appear later on. This is PLL. Things aren’t always as they seem.

“My reaction is dormant until the actual air date of that episode, during which I will be completely shocked along with the rest of our audience.”

But when that moment finally comes, Keegan promises that it will be worth the wait. “There's so much at stake with these spoilers, so people are definitely going to be satisfied. And the satisfaction that people will watch it and be able to watch from the beginning and just be like, Oh my God. Now, I know. Look at what's different, and that's what's so great about our show.”

Keegan also teases August 27’s summer finale will have cliffhangers, and that it will be shocking. Plus, don’t expect to get much closure, or any wide scale neat-and-tidy wrap up to the storylines.

“There’s never really full closure on this show,” Keegan says. “ I feel like the fans really drive the show, and I’ve seen Marlene King just toiling over these storyline since Season 1. And now seeing her go into Season 4 and deliver this finale, in its true essence of what Pretty Little Liars stands for, it's thrilling and shocking and it really meets and exceeds its expectations every time.”

In a nutshell: “I think it's going to be just amazing, and they deliver once again an amazingly shocking and nail biting experience, for sure.”
