Pretty Little Liars is all about twists, turns, and WTF moments that make you rethink everything, and digging into every detail to turn up new clues and put together wild theories is half the fun of watching. With Ezra a potential baddie, no theory seems too out there for Rosewood these days, and each week we like to highlight a different crazy fan theory that's just so insane it might actually be real

It feels like the only thing Pretty Little Liars fans have been talking about since the summer finale is Ezra, Aria, the "A" team, and what it all means, but today we want to focus on a different suspicious character: CeCe Drake.

Yeah, yeah, we know, Cece is totally boring these days. There was so much focus on her in Season 4 that it's hard to get excited about Ali's twisted mentor in cruelty. But would you still feel that way if she secretly had a twin?

Huh? you ask. Where does that idea come from? Let's clue you in!

Pretty Little Liars + twin = a theory that will never die. In the Pretty Little Liars book series, Ali has a twin sister, who ends up being the key to her murder and the new "A" who appears after the first "A" (Mona) is killed. The Pretty Little Liars writers and actors have all said that Ali doesn't have a twin on the show, but many fans won't let go of the idea that someone must have a double running around in Rosewood. After all, it fits right into this world of masks, multiple identities, hidden secrets, and unending lies.

CeCe looks like the twin from Ali's twin story. Plus, in the first Halloween episode (Season 2, Episode 13: "The First Secret") Ali told a twisted tale of twins that ended in tragedy when one took a knife to the other. Many fans think this story was more than just a chilling way to set the mood, and some astute viewers have noticed that the little girl who plays the twins in the episode bares a striking resemblance to one Miss CeCe Drake. Coincidence, or clue?

CeCe is associated with Radley. CeCe has a connection with Radley (she visited Mona there, and she pretended to be Ali there, according to Ali's mom), but so far we don't know why. In both the Pretty Little Liars books and the Halloween twin story, one of the twins winds up a resident of Rosewood's creepy mental hospital (which apparently gets so many visitors it could be a hotel). Could CeCe have a twin residing in Radley's halls? Could that person be the blonde Ms. Cavanaugh was supposed to avoid? It's not impossible.

What do you think of this theory — completely crazy, or potentially true? Do you like the idea, or is just another layer of WTF for no reason? Sound off in the comments below!
