While we’re still secretly hoping that Ezra’s reveal as “A” during the Pretty Little Liars  summer finale was all a big misunderstanding, one producer recently revealed that’s not exactly the case.

The writers have already confirmed that Ezra as “A” won’t be another Toby-like fake-out in which he actually has good intentions but just how culpable is Mr. Fitz?

According to show producer Oliver Goldstick, the answer is very. Ezra’s devious ploys don’t necessarily mean his relationship with Aria (Lucy Hale) is a done deal, however. Interesting could Ezria actually survive Uber “A”’s crazy schemes?

“Oh, Ezra is really wicked in 4B,” Oliver revealed in an interview with E! News. “If you haven’t already, you’re going to see a lot more. Be prepared because, yeah, it’s good. As for Ezria, I’ll just say never say never, because that’s the way we like to put it. Never say never. That’s all I tell you. There’s always a possibility in our series, and there can be a great twist, but never say never.”

Other than Ezria drama, Season 4B will also provide major answers about Alison’s disappearance.

“There’s a fantastic piece of evidence, which you saw that in the summer finale that was taken from A’s lair, that will crack open Alison’s disappearance, what happened to her that summer,” Oliver said. “It will absolutely crack it open, so that’s really what you guys can look forward to as far as the clues as to what happened that summer, the attempt on her life, and all that other good stuff.”

We have to assume that this “fantastic piece of evidence” is the diary that Hanna snatched from “A”’s lair in the summer finale. Could it be Aria’s diary?
