There's only one more day until the sure-to-be riveting Pretty Little Liars Season 4 finale, in which Alison DiLaurentis (Sasha Pieterse) “tells all.” But what happens after Ali supposedly spills the whole truth? How will her dynamic with the Liars change?

According to The Hollywood Reporter, showrunner Marlene King hinted at yesterday’s Pretty Little Liars PaleyFest panel that the core four would become a group of five in Season 5 of the ABC Family mystery thriller. Sasha had particular insight into how her character’s role would change with this new structure: "The dynamic is going to change," Sasha said. "She's now the victim and I feel like when it was the five of them Alison would have them under her thumb. And then it became the four of them." We can only imagine how complicated it will be for the Liars to reintegrate Alison back into their group after so much has changed — that is, if they will even want to.

As for the more specific interpersonal dynamics, feels are about to get real complicated as Season 5 begins: "Alison's totally changed. They don't know anything about what's she's been through yet," Sasha said. "Welcoming her back is going to be harder than it should be." And we’d imagine the dynamics will change from Liar to Liar. Which of Alison’s former besties will be able to move past everything she’s put them through with her fake death and the secrets? It very much depends on what “truth” Ali tells in the Season 4 finale, but we can’t wait to see this all play out. It’s like Mona’s post-“A” return times infinity!

How do you think Alison will be the victim in Season 5? Will the Liars be able to accept her as their friend again? Sound off in the comments below!
