Now that Shana (Aerial Miranda) is dead, her secrets die with her, including the truth as to whether it was really her who shot Ezra on that rooftop in NYC. Luckily, we have Pretty Little Liars showrunner Marlene King to set the record straight. Was it Shana on the roof?

“That will play out in the next couple of episodes,” Marlene told E! Online. “I don't want to answer or not answer but I will say that what Ezra whispered to Aria was that it was Shana on the roof. So what he said on the roof in the season four finale — ’I know who you are!’ — he knew that as Shana.” So, maybe? Frankly, we’re still a little bit confused about this, but we’re glad to know that the show will address these questions soon.

Whether it was Shana on that rooftop or not, we highly doubt “A” is gone for good. When asked if Shana was “A” or just another in “A”’s vast network of willing minions, Marlene responded: “A lot of those questions are going to be answered this summer. She definitely admitted to starting that fire at the lodge, that was her truth and she admitted to getting justice for Jenna for what Alison and all of those girls did to her and how profoundly it affected the rest of Jenna's life.”

Do you think it was Shana on the roof? Do you think she was “A”? Sound off in the comments below!
