The Liars still think "A" is gone, but we all know Shana wasn't the real deal Big "A." Every week we're on the lookout for new clues about who's really in charge. So, who's looking the most shady after Pretty Little Liars Season 5, Episode 4 (“Thrown From the Ride”)?

The episode didn't include any clear actions from "A," but here are three people we've got our eyes on.

Peter Hastings

Why He Might Be "A": Spencer's (Troian Bellisario) dad is still super high on our sketchball radar. It's super possible he killed Mrs. D, and why was there rat poison in the shed? Could he be planning more murders? The fact that he seems to have pressured his wife into leaving town also leaves us with some major questions about his motivations.

Why He Might Not Be "A": Like we say every week, we're just not sure we can see Mr. Hastings as the "A" type. We don't trust him. At all. But in Rosewood, you can definitely be untrustworthy without being "A."

Lucas Gottesman

Why he might be "A": Lucas (Brendan Robinson) has been in the mix since the beginning, and he has more reason than most to hate Ali and even the other Liars. He's clearly been involved with the "A" team in the past, and we've never been entirely convinced that his role is as small as he claims. Now he's back, and trying to talk to Hanna (Ashley Benson) again? Yeah, we've got our eye on him.

Why he might not be "A": We've been down the "Lucas is 'A'" path before. Too obvious at this point?

Alison DiLaurentis

Why she might be "A": We can never quite trust Alison (Sasha Pieterse), and this week she proved once again how good she is at lying and manipulating. It's impossible to tell what she's after. Half the time, we think she's just a vulnerable, lost girl, and the other half we're convinced she could be behind everything. That moment where she almost signed her text to Emily (Shay Mitchell) "A" certainly seemed like it could be a clue. Who signs their texts?

Why she might not be "A": Well, there's the fact that "A" started by harassing her. While it's totally possible that Ali took over the position, it's just as likely that, on this point, at least, she's actually telling the truth.
