On Pretty Little Liars  Season 5, Episode 7 (“The Silence of E. Lamb”), Aria (Lucy Hale) went undercover to try to dig up more info on Bethany Young, Spencer (Troian Bellisario) tried her hand at spying, and Emily (Shay Mitchell) had to deal with a very awkward dinner. Did it all add up to a good episode?

This was another solid episode. In our eyes, the MVP award clearly went to Hanna (Ashley Benson), who was simultaneously hilarious and heartbreaking while trying to figure out how to deal with her dislike of Alison (Sasha Pieterse) and her complicated feelings for Caleb (Tyler Blackburn). She's one big ball of anger, and we're loving it. (Also: That kiss. OMG.)

Aria's (Lucy Hale) time as a Radley spy was also really good. We're happy to see her get her hands dirty trying to solve the mystery. Plus she found out Bethany was connected to Toby's mom somehow. We suspected as much, but we're glad to have it confirmed so quickly.

The Hastings family drama was also solid. Melissa (Torrey DeVitto) and Spencer's relationship is so complex, we could watch them all day. And what was Ali doing going to the barn? Questions on questions.

We also loved Em reaching out to Paige (Lindsey Shaw) and her mom's concern, Ezra (Ian Harding) and Spencer's scene, and the conflict between Caleb and Ali. Oh, and seeing Eddie again. We hope he's OK!

We give it four stars!
