Who is "A"? It's the question that's always on our minds, and each week Pretty Little Liars seems to point in a different direction. So, who are we finding extra suspicious after Season 5, Episode 9 (“March of Crimes”)?

Here are the top three people we're suspecting right now.

Jenna Marshall

Why she might be "A": Jenna (Tammin Sursok) was at the eye doctor; shortly after Spencer (Troian Bellisario) got a message from "A" there. Jenna also had incriminating evidence against Alison (Sasha Pieterse) stored up until Noel stole it. Plus, as we were reminded this episode, Jenna has basically countless minions, and she really hates Ali — and isn't afraid to show it. And of all the characters on the show she has one of the best reasons to go after all the other Liars, too.

Why she might not be "A": At this point she feels a bit too obvious. As we've said before, she's a major player, but we're not sure she's "A" or on the "A" team; she might be on no one's team but her own.

Alison DiLaurentis

Why she might be "A": We know Alison isn't above manipulating everyone around her to get what she wants, and we can't help but notice that she's clearly struggling to keep the Liars under her control. Maybe she keeps upping the "A" ante in an attempt to scare them back into submission...

Why she might not be "A": Ali did seem genuinely confused about what was going on with Aria this week, and she certainly looked genuinely shocked when she saw her "kidnapper." She could just be that good an actress, but the easiest explanation is that no matter what lies she tells, her fear of "A" is real.

Noel Kahn

Why he might be "A": Noel seems to have a connection to every character. He's clearly very tied to Ali, but in the past he's been romantically linked to Jenna, Mona, and Aria. Plus, he knew things about Maya... Clearly he has the knowledge base to be "A", and it's possible that he's playing everyone, acting like he's helping Ali because he's scared of her, when really he's using his connection to her to gather info and pull strings.

Why he might not be "A": If he is "A", he's playing a deep, deep game. Is he really capable of that much trickery?
