Pretty Little Liars takes place in a hyper-stylized, crazy world where death is around every corner and teens always dress like they just stepped out of a fashion magazine. No one has ever called Rosewood the real world, and we wouldn't have it any other way. That said, sometimes the show still makes us stop and say, Hold on a second.

Sometimes it's something in the writing that doesn't make sense, and (more often) it's that we want to reach through our TVs and smack the characters upside the head for making bad choices. Here are the top logic fails and WTF moments that had us scratching our heads during Season 5, Episode 10 ("A Dark Ali").

Spencer thinking "A" wouldn't find her hiding spot. Have you learned nothing over the last five seasons, Spencer (Troian Bellisario)? "A" knows all.

Mona can just rent a car and surveillance equipment. Does this not set off red flags somewhere? The girl is a known stalker!

Mona didn't have a minion watching the other door. What is the point of having all these minions if you don't have them help you out at your stakeout?

Ella encouraging Aria to give Ezra another shot. Ella Montgomery (Holly Marie Combs) has tried to be OK with Aria's (Lucy Hale) relationship with Ezra (Ian Harding) because she didn't want to drive her daughter away, but she never really seemed on board with Aria dating her former teacher, so we found it a little weird that she encouraged Aria to give Ezra another shot this week.
