On Pretty Little Liars Season 3, Episode 8: “Stolen Kisses” we learned that Paige (Lindsey Shaw) saw Emily (Shay Mitchell) the fateful night she was drugged (in Season 3, Episode 1: “It Happened ‘That Night’”). Talk about a shocker!
However, if you believe Paige's story, she had nothing to do with the bad things that happened that night. According to her, Emily came to her, kissed her, and then ran off after receiving a phone call — presumably the call was what eventually lured Em to the graveyard.
Do you trust Paige's story? She seemed honestly distraught about kissing Emily while Emily was under the influence, which makes us inclined to believe her. On the other hand, Mona (Janel Parrish) spent two seasons seeming like a relatively sane person, so we won't put Oscar-worthy acting past anyone in Rosewood.
The main reason we're suspicious is that at this point, there are two people — Jenna (Tammin Sursok) and Paige — who admit to seeing Em "that night" but claim not to be involved in the graveyard element. How long did Emily spend wandering around Rosewood before going to the graveyard? She could barely walk when the Liars found her, so it's a little hard to imagine her randomly kissing people and then leaving.
Is it possible that Paige is actually part of the "A" team, and made up the kissing story just in case Emily remembered seeing her? Let us know what you think!
