You’ve probably seen Lucy Hale perform on Pretty Little Liars or Privileged, but did you know that she was a singer well before she was an actor? The Tennessee native got her start in the spotlight in 2003 when she was one of the five winners on American Juniors, a short-lived American Idol spin-off in which teens competed for spots in a pop group. Lucy sang solo hits like “Call Me," “Have You Ever,” and “Make It Easy on Yourself,” as well as group performances.

Lucy later switched to acting, which is lucky for us, since Pretty Little Liars wouldn't be the same without her. But now she’s trying to get back into the music world in addition to acting. Lucy will combine her interests for the lead role in the third installment of A Cinderella Story, and is possibly recording a single on the side.

We love Lucy’s voice, but aren't too sure about her outfit selections on American Juniors. Her style has come along way since then when she wore plaid and black polo dresses with sneaker boots. Yikes! Not even quirky Aria could pull that off.
