Now that we've had a day to digest the Pretty Little Liars Season 2 (Season 2, Episode 25: “UnmAsked”) finale, we've started turning our attention forward, to Season 3.
The finale answered one big question — who is "A"? — but it also introduced about a thousand new ones. Here are the questions we are most eager to see answered next season:
Who killed Maya: It would be hard to walk away from that finale without a burning desire to know the answer to this new mystery. Who would murder Maya (Bianca Lawson), and why? Was she entangled in the "A" mystery, or into something else, or was she just very unlucky? Enquiring minds want to know.
Who killed Ali: Because we don't believe for a second that "Garrett (Yani Gellman) did it" is the full story. This mystery isn't new, but we still want to know exactly what happened, and what was on Page 5.
What's up with the Black Swan: It was clear in the finale that although the Black Swan was not actually "A," she was definitely someone important. Producer Oliver Goldstick promised that we'll "get a satisfying answer" about what was going on with the Black Swan, "and it’s a bit shocking." We can't wait.
Who was Mona talking to at the end: Janel Parrish (Mona Vanderwall) has hinted that we'll learn a lot more about Mona's mysterious visitor. We really hope that's true, because we're dying to know both who it was, and what his/her relationship to Mona is, since Mona is the main "A."
How did Mona get everything done? "Mona is 'A'" doesn't explain how exactly "A" managed to pull off so many spectacular feats, and we're hoping for a thorough explanation of how she did it.
What's up with the NAT club, and Jenna in particular: Why has Jenna (Tammin Sursok) been lying about being able to see? What exactly did the NAT club have to do with Ali's disappearance? How does Melissa (Torrey DeVitto) fit in? We have so many questions.
