We've been side-eyeing CeCe ever since she rolled back into Rosewood at the start of Pretty Little Liars Season 3, and after Season 3, Episode 17: “Out of the Frying Pan, Into the Inferno” we trust her less than ever.

We're not sure if CeCe is actually on the "A" team or if she's an independent schemer, but right now we're leaning towards thinking she has some involvement with them. Here's why.

The whole UPenn deal. CeCe conveniently knows someone who works in the UPenn admissions office? Someone who was willing to bend the rules for Spencer (Troian Bellisario)? Someone who then sent Spencer a confirmation email late at night, which is not really the standard time to send such emails? Yeah, we're not buying it, and this seems like the kind of lie and "A" team member would tell.

Alison never mentioned her. Why did Alison (Sasha Pieterse) never mention her cool, older BFF? Was it perhaps because Cece scared Ali, or got Ali mixed up in things she shouldn't have been mixed up in?

The Paige story. What really set off warning bells for us was the fact that CeCe conveniently told Spencer an incriminating story about Paige (Lindsey Shaw) at the exact same time as the "A" team was trying to set Paige up as Maya's (Bianca Lawson) killer during the summer season. Coincidence? We doubt it.

The earring: It's also worth noting that the earring that made Paige look so guilty appeared in her bag while she was at CeCe's store. Could CeCe be the one who planted it?

The info she conveniently doesn't know. So, CeCe (Vanessa Ray) knew Ali was seeing some "beach hottie" and was possibly pregnant, but she has no idea who the guy is? We're not buying it. Also, if she was really on the up and up, wouldn't she have, oh, told the cops this info at some point? Something's fishy about this story. Is she not telling all she knows? Is she making the whole thing up?

Her evil streak. In the second episode of the PLL web series, Pretty Dirty Secrets, Jason (Drew Van Acker) said to CeCe "[Ali] was a kid playing childish games until you came along and helped her take them to the next level." If CeCe really was the one who taught Ali her wicked ways, that means she could easily have a big enough mean streak to be part of the "A" team.

What do you think? Is CeCe involved with the "A" team?
