We'll admit that Wren (Julian Morris) and his cute accent consistently charm us on Pretty Little Liars, but that doesn’t mean we're still not suspicious of him.

Could this hot doc be part of the "A" team, or at least assisting them? Here are three reasons we don't trust him.

His obsession with the Hastings girls. Listen, we get that Melissa (Torrey DeVitto) is smart and pretty, and Spencer (Troian Bellisario) is clearly awesome. However, Wren is a cute, eligible, seemingly very sweet doctor. He should be able to find someone else to help him move on from his old fiancee and her high school-aged sister, and yet he keeps coming back. He helped Melissa with her pregnancy, and he won't let Spencer go. Maybe he's just a stand up guy with a big crush on Spence, but maybe he has an ulterior motive. After all, the only other person he's shown romantic interest in is Hanna (Ashley Benson) — another Liar.

He's always in the right place at the right time. Unless Rosewood only has one doctor, there is something very suspicious about the way Wren keeps getting assigned to the Little Liars and the people they know — not to mention how he was suddenly working at Radley. And let's take a moment to think about the way he just happened to be there after Spence broke up with Toby (Keegan Allen) at the end of the Season 2 summer season, and just happened to be at the bar where she was supposed to meet Melissa during the Season 2 winter season. All we’re saying is that it's an awfully large number of of coincidences.

Mona. He seemed very interested in Mona (Janel Parrish) during the first half of Season 3, and now she's calling him up and telling him to check on Spencer? That raises some serious red flags. If he wasn't part of the "A" team already, maybe Mona managed to convince him to help her while she was in Radley.

What do you think: Is Wren part of the "A" team, or just an innocent bystander?
