Tyler Blackburn (Caleb Rivers) was rocking the LA nightlife scene last night (October 15), celebrating NYLON Magazine's October IT Issue with Forever 21 and Sanrio for the launch of the Hello Kitty® Forever.

The Pretty Little Liars star was seen wearing a denim jacket and a colorful headband while getting silly with some paper lips and an "I Heart Nylon" sign.

As for which other PLL hottie made an appearance at the event? None other than Gregg Sulkin, aka Ezra Fitz's (Ian Harding) brother Wesley (below). Sounds like a night of eye-candy to us!
