Dr. Sullivan (Annabeth Gish) is an intriguing character, and we're excited to see her back on Pretty Little Liars during Season 3B. Is she trustworthy, or is she just the latest in a long line of lying Rosewood adults? Hopefully we'll start to find out what she makes an appearance on Season 3, Episode 18: "Dead to Me."

We're curious about the sneak peek photo of the episode to the right, where Dr. Sullivan is talking to Mona (Janel Parrish). It appears Mona has come to her with a beautiful flower. Is this Mona's latest attempt to convince the people she hurt she's not evil anymore?

What we find most intriguing about this photo is that Dr. Sullivan has accepted the flower, and seems to be smiling. We know she's a professional therapist and all, but does that really mean she has to be nice to a person who was ostensibly threatening her?

Of course, if the Liars can find it in themselves to talk semi-civilly to Mona, so can Dr. Sullivan. Still, we don't really trust her. Either way, this scene should be interesting.
