Pretty Little Liars Season 3, Episode 7 Preview: Alison (or Her Twin) Is Back (VIDEO)

In this preview for Pretty Little Liars Season 3, Episode 7: “Crazy,” airing July 24, we see a glimpse of Alison (Sasha Pieterse) that looks more real than any hallucination the girls have supposedly had on the show before. Does this mean that Alison (or her twin) is still alive and in Rosewood?

Also in the preview, Aria (Lucy Hale) and Hanna (Ashley Benson) pay Mona Vanderwaal (Janel Parrish) a visit at Radley Sanitarium, where they play with a house of cards. But Mona continues constructing her own figurative house of cards, because it looks like she might steal Aria’s car keys and escape from the mental hospital!
