We recently took a closer look at the Pretty Little Liars Season 3 episode titles to see if we could generate any theories about what to expect, and now we have another title to add to the list.

E! reports that PLL Season 3, Episode 7 is titled “Crazy.”

We’re slightly speechless when it comes to predicting what this could mean in terms of plot, but if we had to guess, we’d say this could be a Mona (Janel Parrish)-centric episode. We already know that Mona is suffering from mental illness, as Dr. Sullivan revealed in the Season 2 finale (Season 2, Episode 25: “UnmAsked”). As if we couldn’t already piece that together based on “A”’s actions!

But we would definitely be interested in learning more about Mona’s psychosis, since it must have taken more than being “crazy” to do what she did to the Little Liars and those they loved.

And for those of you who still have faith in the Alison’s Twin theory, the mere mention of “crazy” people might excite you. In the books, we discover that Alison’s (Sasha Pieterse) twin Courtney murdered Ali, and had been posing as her all along. Radley Sanitarium might have room for one more patient.

Catch an all-new Pretty Little Liars when Season 3 premieres on Tuesday, June 5 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC Family.
