Whether you ship Spencer (Troian Bellisario) with Rosewood's hottest doc or are a diehard Spoby devotee, you probably want to know if we can expect more Wrencer sparks during Pretty Little Liars Season 3.
Recently, showrunner Marlene King and Julian Morris (Wren Kingston) weighed in on what you can expect between Wren and Spence in Season 3.

A fan recently tweeted at Marlene King, asking, "Is there any upcoming Wrencer scenes?"
Marlene replied, "Wren, but not Wrencer."
Before you Spoby fans decide you're entirely out of the woods, you should remember that Julian Morris told us that there will "of course" be scenes between Wren and Spencer in Season 3, and he thinks Wren is truly "in love with Spencer."
That said, Julian also noted that "there could possibly be other avenues opening up" for Wren, and while he's "Team Wrencer," what he really wants is to see Wren "happy and with someone who deserves him," whether or not that person is Spencer.
We have a feeling Wrencer won't be totally forgotten next season, but it sounds like the focus is going to be elsewhere, at least for a while, and Wren might even find himself another romantic option in the future. Maybe the new girl Marlene has hinted at?
Catch an all-new Pretty Little Liars when Season 3 premieres on Tuesday, June 5 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC Family.
