In an interview with TVFanatic, Pretty Little Liars star Janel Parrish (Mona Vanderwall) chats about Mona’s role on Season 3, and reveals an upcoming storyline that sounds particularly juicy.

Speaking about the Season 3 premiere (Season 3, Episode 1: “It Happened ‘That Night’”), Janel says, “There’s a new event that rocks Rosewood.” Having seen the premiere, we’re assuming that the big event is when Alison’s (Sasha Pieterse) grave is robbed. Everyone in Rosewood finds out about it via the local news, and there was nothing else in the premiere that we would qualify as rocking Rosewood as a whole.

That’s where Janel’s interview becomes interesting. She says, “We call [the new event] The New Jenna Thing … and it will change the girls’ world.”

Did Janel just reveal that Jenna (Tammin Sursok) is the one who dug up Alison’s grave and is blackmailing the Little Liars? The original Jenna Thing refers to the night that Ali (with the Little Liars behind her) blinded Jenna with firecrackers. Could the New Jenna Thing be Jenna’s ultimate revenge?

Catch an all-new episode of PLL on Tuesday, June 12 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC Family.
