In this sneak peek from the Pretty Little Liars Season 3 winter premiere (Season 3, Episode 14: “She’s Better Now”, airing January 8), the Liars camp out in the bathroom at school to discuss a very tricky subject: how to handle Mona (Janel Parrish) now that she’s out of Radley Sanitorium.

In an awkward moment, Mona walks into the bathroom mid-discussion. And it doesn’t take long before she starts acting creepy. She says, in a wishy-washy way, that she understands if the Liars don’t automatically forgive her, even though she “helped” them. Emily (Shay Mitchell) says, “‘Help me?’” and Mona says, “Figure out who the creep was who killed your girlfriend.”

What?! After that bizarre conversation, Mona insists, “I’m better now.” But before she came in, it sounds like the girls were discussing a bullying incident. It seems as though someone at school either pulled a prank on Mona, or bullied her in front of everyone.

We’ll wait and see, but in the meantime, watch the clip below!
