Radley Sanitarium, Rosewood’s resident mental health facility, seems to be at the center of whatever happened to Ali. We have a feeling Spencer (Troian Bellisario) only scratched the surface of the secrets that are hidden away there, but it seems like we will have more chances to delve into Radley’s past in Season 4. Check out Pretty Little Liars writer Joseph Dougherty’s latest tweet:

“It alls comes round to Radley,” Joseph tweeted yesterday, along with a fisheye pic of a Radley Sanitarium station wagon.

The old-school wagon has us wondering if this snapshot could be from a flashback. We know that Toby’s mother was a patient at Radley and that she will be in the Season 4 premiere. Could we learn more about her time at Radley and, perhaps, her connection to Eddie Lamb?

On the other hand, Radley has a decidedly retro feel, even in the present storyline. The sanitarium seems stuck in the past in a way nothing else in Rosewood does. This could easily be a picture from contemporary Rosewood.

Either way, it seems Radley will come into play again in Season 4. Will someone we know be staying there? Will we ever find out where the weird tension between Eddie Lamb and Dr. Wren is coming from? And what is Ali’s connection to Radley?

Pretty Little Liars Season 4 premieres on Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC Family.
