Pretty Little Liars showrunner Marlene King is such a tease! She tweeted this shot of a PLL Season 4 script page she’s currently working on, along with the line: “Happy Pres day. I'm working on S4 premiere script. You?”

We can’t make out anything of importance from the close-up shot of the page’s corner, but it looks like the scene is going to involve -- SPOLIER ALERT -- “phones” (shocker!).

The peek might not tell us much about what’s in store for our girls Spencer (Troian Bellisario), Aria (Lucy Hale), Hanna (Ashley Benson), and Emily (Shay Mitchell) - or if they’re even in it - but it does tell us that work on Season 4 is underway, and it’s hard not to get excited about that!

Marlene, the mastermind behind the PLL television show, tweeted earlier this month that she was hard at work outlining the first episode, as well as sharing that filming on Season 4 will begin in March. We’re glad she’s keeping us updated. It helps us to remember there is a future for our Liars, despite the increasingly dangerous situations they seem to be getting themselves into.

But Season 3 is still underway, and we’re hoping Marlene and the other writers give us some answers the old-fashioned way. There are six episodes left, starting with tonight’s Chad Lowe-directed episode Season 3, Episode 20: “Hot Water;”  After that comes: Season 3, Episode 21: “Out of Sight, Out of Mind;” Season 3, Episode 22: “Will the Circle Be Unbroken?:” Season 3, Episode 23: “I’m Your Puppet;” and Season 3, Episode 24: “A Dangerous gAme."

What do you think will happen in the rest of Season 3? Where do you think our Liars will be when Season 4 begins? Let us know in the comments below!
