Up until now, there have been vague, artsy photos teasing the new Pretty Little Liars spin-off, Ravenswood. But ABC Family just released this image, of the actual script for the pilot and, yes, it’s written by the PLL dream team (or, more accurately, nightmare-inducing team) itself.

It looks like PLL showrunner Marlene King, PLL executive producer/writer Oliver Goldstick, and PLL producer/writer Joseph Dougherty teamed up to write the script, which is good news for Ravenswood as these three have penned some of our favorite episodes this year. Oliver was behind Season 3, Episode 14: “She’s Better Now;” Joseph wrote the stellar Halloween train episode; and, as showrunner, Marlene is the driving force behind each and every episode. We can’t wait to see what they will do with Ravenswood!

The writing team isn’t the only thing Ravenswood has in common with its PLL source material. It is set in another Pennsylvanian town not far from Rosewood, and it sounds like this one is built on secrets, too.  Oh, Pennsylvania, will you never learn?

This town, however, suffers from a deadly curse that has plagued the town for generations. According to ABC Family, “Five strangers suddenly find themselves connected by this fatal curse and need to dig into the town's mysterious and terrible history before it's too late for each of them." Yikes! Better get to work, guys.
