The deeper the Little Liars look inside Alison’s (Sasha Pieterse) hidden past, the more answers they’re going to find. At least that’s what the synopsis of Pretty Little Liars Season 2, Episode 23: “Eye of the Beholder” suggests.

Someone named Duncan “from Alison’s past” appears and “might hold the key to all of the girls’ answers, but can they trust him to let down their guard?” Is it possible that this is the role played by Australian actor Lachlan Buchanan that we reported on last year? Is Duncan the same person who we heard on the phone in last night’s Season 2, Episode 19: “The Naked Truth”?

Elsewhere in this episode, we’ll discover that all four Little Liars “are on the quest for answers of what Alison knew before she died,” which will probably bring them closer to finding her murderer.

Also: Toby (Keegan Allen) comes back in this episode! But, “Toby’s return to Rosewood brings a surprise reunion that ends dangerously.” If this means Toby will be physically threatened again, we’re not sure coming back to Rosewood is the best idea.

Most promising is that Jason (Drew Van Acker) will “drop off a bag of Alison’s personal items that could be more than just a bag of junk.” We love anything and everything having to do with Alison’s secrets, especially those from her past, before the Little Liars even became friends with her, so we’re ridiculously excited for this one!
