Grandma Marin is coming back to Rosewood!

Over the weekend, Pretty Little Liars director Norman Buckley revealed that Grandma Marin will be returning to the hit ABC Family series for the second half of Season 3.

“So excited my sister @BettyBuckley is going to be back as Hanna's grandma on #PLL,” Norman tweeted. “Wish I was gonna be directing. #Alas...”

In case you didn’t catch that, Grandma Marin is portrayed by Tony award-winning actress Betty Buckley, who just so happens to be Norm’s sister.

Moving back to Grandma Marin, we can’t see what country wisdom she will be dropping on the girls this season, much like her now-infamous “dew from my lily” comment during her debut in Season 2.

Even more important to note: Grandma Marin usually shows up with Hanna’s dad comes back to town. Does this mean that we’ll see Papa Marin (and possibly the evil Kate) soon? We can’t wait!

Check out Grandma Marin in action in Season 2, Episode 11 below.

Catch an all-new episode of PLL on Tuesday, July 24 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC Family.
