With Caleb (Tyler Blackburn) shot, the Pretty Little Liars Season 3 summer season ended on a down note for Haleb. But it sounds like things might start looking up for the couple soon!

Pretty Little Liars writer Bryan Holdman recently tweeted this fun Haleb teaser about Season 3, Episode 13: “This Is a Dark Ride”: "In my favorite Haleb scene from Halloween, Caleb doesn't say a word."

Hmmm … interesting. We're hoping Haleb is silent for a sexy and fun reason, and not because he's bound and gagged by "A" or something. We do know that Caleb will be dressed as the Phantom of the Opera and in the preview we see Hanna (Ashley Benson) kissing someone, so it's possible he's just acting mysterious to stay in character.

The fact that Bryan even has a favorite Haleb scene from the episode suggests that Caleb and Haleb are doing just fine post shooting.

As for the winter season, when asked to describe Haleb in one word for the season, Bryan chose "contemporaneous." Not exactly what we were expecting!

Contemporaneous means "existing, occurring, or originating during the same time." What do you think it means? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.

Catch the PLL Halloween special on Tuesday, October 23 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC Family.
