More details on Toby's mission: Keegan recently told us that Toby has been off on "a necessary mission," and in this interview he adds that Toby has been doing "his own research on certain things." You know what that means: He has secrets now, too! "It really ties in," Keegan explains, "and it's really, really interesting what he does when he's gone."

Toby has good intentions: "[Toby] has good intentions, always," Keegan explained. So we guess we can rule out destroying Wren's (Julian Morris) career when we try to guess what his mission is (what? There are some PLL characters who would totally do that).

Toby trusts no one: "He doesn't trust anybody," Keegan explains when asked if Toby has started listening to Jenna's (Tammin Sursok) advice about distancing himself from the Little Liars. Of course, that means he doesn't trust Jenna, either, because Toby's not dumb enough to put himself back under her "dangerous" and "toxic" thumb.

On Spoby: Keegan explains that both Toby and Spencer (Troian Bellisario) have a lot going on in their lives other than romance. "The future holds a lot...You never know. Life happens, crazy things happen," he says about Spoby's relationship. "We're just gonna experience it as it goes on."

On "A": "It blew my mind," Keegan says of "A"'s identity. Then, when asked if he ever thought Toby could be "A", he adds this interesting tidbit: "I did think he was going to be ‘A,’ I did, and I still don't know if he's ‘A’ or not, that's how crazy it is."

Um, what? But... We find out the identity of "A" in the finale for sure...Right? Now, that quote might just be Keegan joking around and trying to hide the truth (not that we think Toby is likely to be "A"), but maybe it's something else.

We've long thought "A" might be more than one person working together. If that's the case, it would explain why the cast is so confident that there is still plenty of mystery for Season 3, and it would explain this comment of Keegan's. Interesting...
