Pretty Little Liars Summer Finale Spoilers: Will Emily Get Revenge? (VIDEO)

We already know that Emily (Shay Mitchell) has some majorly shocking moments coming up as the Pretty Little Liars Season 3 summer finale gets closer (Season 3, Episode 12: “The Lady Killer,” which airs on August 28). But in a new interview with Hollyscoop, we learn that there may be a silver lining at the end of Emily’s dark road ahead.

“I know that [Emaya fans] get attached to Emily’s ex-girlfriends,” Shay says, referring to Maya St. Germain (Bianca Lawson). “But I think that I just want her to be happy. And I think she will be. And especially with the death of Maya, [Emily’s] going through a whole bunch of anger and resentment, and being upset, so she’s trying to figure out how to deal with everything that happened in the season finale.”

But will Em come out of the potential betrayal, and the reveal of Maya’s killer, unscathed? “I think she makes her way through it,” says Shay. “She’s a tough girl. It’s just a little bit more of a revenge now.”
