- Speaking of parties: Lucy Hale celebrated her 23rd birthday with a huge PLL-studded party in Hollywood. Shay and Keegan were there holding hands! (Although we are 99.9% sure it was just a friendly hand-hold. Sorry Sheegan hopefuls!)
