Pretty Little Liars star Chad Lowe and his wife, Kim, welcomed a baby girl last week, and they couldn't sound happier!

"It’s a girl!!! And she’s as beautiful as her mommy and [three-year-old] big sister, Mabel," Chad writes on Twitter. “We are blessed!” Chad and Kim have been married since August 2010.
