It’s Troian! Her pal Keegan Allen (Toby Cavanaugh) tweeted this photo over the summer (June 28), saying “Mini Troian #throwbackthursday don't kill me.”
Did you guess that it was Troian in that full red skirt, with the demure expression? We also thought it might have been Shay, but it’s the eyes that give Troian’s signature stare away.
