Who Is Shay Mitchell's Valentine? (PHOTOS)

"Prettiest bouquet ever... I ❤ Valentine's Day," Shay tweeted yesterday, with a pic of gorgeous flowers. 

We're not sure who sent such a sweet gift, but Shay did admit to dancing with Glee star Jacob Artist (Jake Puckerman) at the Golden Globes recently. Could he be the face behind the flowers? Or maybe they're just from a loving fan or family member.

Either way, we want to know more!
