We might expect a see-through top from Aria but we never thought that sweet-as-sugar Pretty Little Liars star Lucy Hale would go this wild on the red carpet.
The adorable actress wore a see-through black top, a strapless black bra, distressed cut-off shorts, black opaque tights, and white Converse sneakers to the Converse Flagship Store opening event in Santa Monica on Wednesday, February 15.
Sure, the look isn’t conservative, but we think that Lucy actually looks pretty cute. Of course, only a girl like Lucy could make a sheer top look quirky-cute rather than trying-too-hard sexy.
