Born in Heidelberg, Germany, Ian Harding is the youngest child of a military family. The family moved back to northern Virginia when Harding was younger, where he excelled in soccer and basketball. In high school, Harding joined the drama club (because it was the only coed activity at his all-male prep school — natch!) and discovered a new passion in acting. His feature credits include Adventureland and Love and Other Drugs. He also recently appeared in an episode of NCIS: Los Angeles.
