Toby is one creepy dude. We know he had some kind of an incestuous relationship with his step-sister Jenna, although its unclear who was responsible. He also saw Ali on the day she died. Toby now has the hots for Emily, but — after their prom date ended with a trip to the hospital — she has been skeptical of his involvement in Ali’s disappearance, and even turned him into the police. We're waiting to see what trouble Toby will get into next.
